The master's degree in Educational Leadership requires the completion of 45 units, including the research courses, completion and presentation of a collaborative inquiry project and passage of the graduate writing requirement. The Tier I preliminary credential cohort and non-cohort classes constitute 24 of the master's degree units. The three research cohort classes 12 units. To complete the degree, students must also complete 9 units of electives. Students who have completed the Tier II professional credential, may apply classes from Tier II toward the master's elective requirement.
