

GRE-Graduate Record Exam
All applicants are required to submit Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores from the three sections of the General Test, taken within five years of applying to the Ed.D. program. If you do not have a GRE score that was taken in the last 5 years, please include with your application a receipt from the test center showing the date that you are scheduled to take the GRE with the electronic score copy to follow. Please use recipient code 4011 (CSUEB).
Note: All applicants must take the GRE General Test. No single score on the GRE or on any other application requirement will be used as a sole factor for admission. All students will be evaluated on their composite application materials
Online Registration
Registering online is the quickest way to register for GRE. The web site is http://gre.org. The 2008-2009 GRE Bulletin (PDF, 52 pages) provides some current dates.
Telephone Registration
To schedule an appointment by for the GRE by phone (scheduled on a first-come,
first-served basis) for the computer-based test, call 1-800-GRE-CALL (1-800-473-2255)
or 1-443-751-4820 Monday through Friday, 5a.m.-5p.m. (excluding holidays).
Registrants will receive a confirmation number, reporting time, and test
