CREDENTIAL APPLICATION PROCEDURES
This site is designed to help eligible students apply for their credentials. Visitors to
this page should already have been admitted to or have completed an approved credential program.
The California Commission on Teacher Credentialing
(CCTC) is the governing agency of all certification required to serve in the
California Public School System. All California-trained School personnel must obtain
a recommendation for the appropriate Credential through a California Institution
of Higher Education with an approved program.

Fees:
- Credential Application Fee: $57.00* (Paid by Credit card after Contact Email from CCTC)
(* Call the Credential Student Service Center for a Credential Application fee quote,
because you may be eligible for a fee credit based on your CCTC-issued Certificate of Clearance)
- CSU East Bay Processing Fee: $25.00 (Personal Check or Money Order)
