is the fee for?
Applicants
renewing an emergency permit through CSUH will receive
an evaluation
that shows the CSUH requirements for permanent
ceftification,
and evaluates your progress to date.
What
if I do not have official copies of my documentation?
Legible
photocopies and faxes of all documentation are acceptable.
What
if I get to your office after 1p.m. and need my emergency
permit
renewed as soon as possible?
While
we will make every effort to accomodate you, we cannot guarantee
next
day service after 1:00 p.m. Your CL-469 and evaluation will be ready
by 5:00
p.m. two (2) weekdays after the date we receive your application
and proper
documentation.
What
if I took my subject matter competency exams but did not pass them?
We can
still sign your CL-469, as long as you provide us with documentation
that you took
the exams.
