Angel Island Field Trip

August 11, 2007 turned out to be a beautiful day for our Chapter's outing to Angel Island . Almost all of us arrive at the Oakland Clay Street Terminal for the ferry trip to San Francisco and then to Angel Island . Once on the Island , we went our separate ways. Six of us took the guided tour around the Island on the tram. Others started hiking to spots of interest to them. Those of us attending were Doris Battin, Dayle and Darlene Scott, Pat Seaman and her husband Rod Kilcoyne, Cynthia Seguin (a member of the Flint Hills PDK Chapter in Kansas who recently moved to the Bay Area and transferred to our Chapter) and her husband Armand, Dick Stark, Pat Wheeler with her two guests and her son and his family, and Craig Wilson and the ten students in Craig's Youth Sunday School Class at the Oakland Vietnamese Alliance Church.
